Mentioned in The Domesday Book in 1086, Hazlewood Castle has been the venue for some spectacular feasting down the centuries. After coffee and biscuits, you'll go for a brief tour of the castle. Then follow a glass of champagne with a two-course lunch at Restaurant Anise. Next, esteemed head chef Tim Hamer offers a two and half hour cookery demonstration. Tim started his career at the Grosvenor House hotel (previously known as Le Meridien Grosvenor House) and has several years' experience working at top level. He'll show you how to prepare a variety of dishes, some classic, others with a twist. The demonstration includes a tasting and Q and A session and you'll get a complimentary signature apron.
