Kick off with a safety briefing, get kitted out and take the minibus to the river. Under the guidance of an expert instructor, start in calm waters to get to grips with paddling and boat control, before taking on your first rapid. Once confident, set out on a wild kayaking adventure on this three kilometre river stretch, being guided by the expert and riding some of the most exciting white water in Wales.
