This voucher entitles two people to spa day experience, afternoon tea, one treatment with a choice of a 55 minute massage or a 55 minute facial at Lifehouse Spa and Hotel. This voucher is valid for ten months, for two people. This experience is available Monday-Friday or you can upgrade to a weekend for a supplementary charge of £40 per person. Minimum age is 18 years. Please discuss any medical issues and dietary requirements at point of booking. All dates are subject to availability. Please bring your own swim and gym wear. Towels, flip flops and robes are provided. Additional treatments or restaurant bookings must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. Hen and stag parties, fancy dress or table decorations are not permitted. Tables for more than six people are subject to availability and must be pre-authorised by the hotel.
