Take your love for beer to the next level with this day at the Brewhouse and Kitchen in Gloucester. Start the day with breakfasy, before a chat with the head brewer. Try a hand at mashing in, boiling, adding hops and other additions that go into brewing a craft beer. Be warned, it's thirsty work, so afterwards tuck into a hearty pub lunch accompanied by a selection of the house brews including the brewery's Batsman beer. The beer is a light and fruity seasonal beer which screams English Summer and nods to Gloucestershire's contribution to the greatest cricketing Batsmen. The day ends with a question and answer session where everyone receives a certificate. That's not all: grab a five litre keg of beer each to imbibe at home. The perfect souvenir.
