Description

A vibrant and often bustling section of the river, you’ll travel down the University Regatta Course, passing Christ Church Meadows, the University College Boat Houses and many other places of interest on your way to Iffley Lock. Having navigated through the lock, you’ll drift along the tranquil water meadows surrounding Oxford, before turning home at Rose Island, a favourite destination of Lewis Carroll and Alice Liddell.
As well as all the picturesque sights to see, you’ll be served, aboard, an indulgent afternoon tea provided by The Folly to make the whole thing even more quintessentially British. With a sumptuous array of sweet and savoury delights including finger sandwiches, homemade scones as well as cakes, tarts or Petit Fours.
