A great way to start for surfing beginners and those wishing to improve their skills. An experienced instructor teaches essential techniques including board control, moving and turning in the water and how to choose the best waves and stand up, as well as explaining the rules of the waves (and as the beach is patrolled by lifeguards from April until the end of September, you're in safe hands). This fun and adventurous experience takes place in Cornish Harlyn Bay, an idyllic surfing spot just five miles from Padstow, the perfect place to perfect those surfing skills. After the lesson, feel free to carry on surfing and put those newfound skills into practise.
