Discover the techniques required to make a delicious and versatile range of gluten free goods including bread, pastry and sweet treats. In addition, discover the science behind gluten free baking and how it differs from traditional baking methods, as well as learning which flour produces the best bakes. Make a white loaf of bread, Jaffa cakes and savoury choux buns. Refreshments are provided throughout the day, and of course bakers can all tuck into their gluten free treats created for lunch with the other chefs.
