Up at the starting point, a experienced guide takes you on a series of runs down the exhilarating bends and plunges of the mighty River Tryweryn. Catch breath at the bottom then it starts all over again. Become more confident and the guide becomes more determined to get you wet! Get as many runs as time allows – usually four. As a guide, Wales is graded three on the UK s white water rafting grading system which starts at one (relaxed) and goes up to six (too rough to offer commercially).
