With its one-of-a-kind setup, Bimber uses only the best natural ingredients and traditional methods to create an outstanding range of award-winning spirits.
First up, you’ll spend some time in the distillery, getting to know some of the ingredients, equipment and processes that go into making Bimber’s unique range of spirits. Returning to the bar a little more knowledgeable, you’ll meet the resident bartender for some shake, rattle and rolling as you prepare three cocktails from a selection of classics that includes: Martinis, Old Fashioned, Bramble, Julep and Manhattan.
As part of your experience, you’ll also get to taste some of the distillery’s award-winning vodka and gin.
