Calling all chocolate lovers, delve into the wonderful world of chocolate with this indulgent chocolate making workshop in Birmingham city centre. Learn how to prepare mouthwatering dark chocolate Belgian truffles by hand, using a selection of raw ingredients under the expert guidance of an in-house chocolatier who shows you how to shape, cut, coat, mix and then pipe them to perfection. Discover some delicious chocolate facts and learn about the history of chocolate. After creating these delicious chocolate treats, package them up and take between 30 and 50 home to enjoy with friends and family. During the session, also enjoy a live and interactive demonstration on how to temper chocolate and don't forget to check out the chocolate fountain.
