Learn how to prepare luxury dark chocolate Belgian truffles by hand, using a host of raw ingredients under the expert guidance of an in-house chocolatier who shows you how to shape, cut, coat, mix and pipe them to perfection. After making these delicious chocolate treats, package them up and each take between 30 and 50 away to enjoy at home with friends and family. During the workshop, also enjoy a live and interactive demonstration on how to temper chocolate and discover all about the history of chocolate and other delicious chocolate facts.
