Bring out your inner adrenaline junkie on this all-round adventure experience, discover some of the deepest and most dramatic gorges in the country and follow a natural water course through a riveting canyon in the beautiful setting of Cumbria. After a full safety briefing and kitting out session, you'll be equipped with the skills and tools necessary to climb waterfalls, jump into pristine pools and abseil down normally inaccessible waterfalls. In some sections, only harnesses and ropes can help you down to the most out of reach places. It can be daunting but don't worry; everything is safely controlled by the instructor. Canyoning is not for the faint hearted, but once you have caught the bug, expect to be hooked!
