Enjoy the immensely satisfying feeling of brewing a five litre keg of beer from scratch. Having built up an appetite, feast on a hearty lunch together and chat over the lessons learned so far. There are lots of chances to sample the brewery's own range of delicious produce throughout the day, like the personality-packed Black IPA Storyteller or the American pale ale Yankee Hack, named for author Bill Bryson. Then wrap up with a Q and A with the head brewer. When it's time to leave, take away a five litre keg of beer each as a refreshing souvenir.
