Start the day with breakfast, before a technical talk from the brewery's head brewer. Learn the different stages of beer making before getting involved in the process. After the hard work, tuck into a well-deserved pub lunch, accompanied by some of the brewhouse's best beers including Batsman, SSB and (Down a) Pegg a caramel Amber ale named in honour of Gloucester's most famous actor 'Simon Pegg'.
