Get up close and personal with a variety of majestic birds of prey on this intimate falconry day based in Herefordshire. Begin with a welcome briefing before being guided around the aviaries to meet and hold many of the centre's amazing birds – a great opportunity to get some snaps for the photo album! During the day, in addition to heading out for an informative hawk walk, receive bird of prey training from a seasoned falconer and learn a variety of tips and techniques. Once comfortable, fly a selection of owls, hawks and falcons to the glove and witness their sensational flight first-hand. To keep up energy levels, this full day experience also includes a tasty lunch which is taken in the company of the birds.
