Learn how to prepare pork pie filling and use other meats and flavours to make a great pie. The pie maker will also show you how to make pastry for a perfect pie crust. The pie maker will even show you how to prepare authentic farmhouse piccalilli, the perfect side to go with your pie. You can take your pie home in a complimentary galvanised tin after you've enjoyed a delicious Peak District Ploughman's lunch.
