You'll spend a whole day at the Balmoral Hotel – a luxurious spa retreat in the heart of the city with unlimited access to the facilities including the 15 metre swimming pool, dry Finnish sauna and Turkish steam room. If you have more energy to expend you can use the fully-equipped cardiovascular gym and the air-conditioned exercise room. Your day at the Balmoral Hotel spa could include an ESPA Essential massage or an ESPA Intensive facial (or both if you go for the mini versions). Pop your clothes back on before you head for your healthy light lunch (served upstairs in Hadrian's Brasserie and not in the spa itself). Herbal tea refreshments from the spa are also available during your time at the spa.
