A chance to get up close and personal to the glorious speed and might of Great Britain's birds of prey. The session begins with an introduction to the birds of the Northumberland sanctuary with a bird of prey expert. Once familiarised with these impressive flying beasts, the experience gets hands-on, with the opportunity to hold and fly a range of owls, falcons, vultures and eagles. Afterwards, continue the exhilaration with a hawk walk – fly a hawk free over the Northumberland scenery, watching as it swoops and soars and returns right to the glove. There are plenty of excellent photo opportunities throughout, so bring a camera!
