Head to the state-of-the-art winery and bottling room for further learning and a tutored tasting of five wines which are matched to lunch. The delicious lunch consists of a selection of rustic rolls, Sussex cheeses, smoked salmon, charcuterie meats, quiche and fruit and cheesecake.
