If you have always wondered what it might be like to be a professional rally driver, this is your chance to experience the high for yourself! A fantastic gravel rally taster course for one, this experience will have you behind the wheel of two roaring rally superstar cars the classic Ford Escort RS2000 and the slick Subaru Impreza WRX for the ultimate rally experience of your life! Learn the techniques from a seasoned professional instructor, who will help you develop the skills to get the maximum level of performance from both cars, so you can tear around the track just like your favourite rally champions! Next, make sure to grip your seat tightly as you're taken on a white knuckle passenger ride as your instructor takes to the wheel to show the full force of these mighty rally machines! You'll even take part in timed competitions to decide the driver of the day, as well as receiving a commemorative rally certificate to remember your thrilling day out.
This voucher is for one person and includes a full introduction, safety and technique briefing, a gravel rally experience consisting of driving sessions in both rally cars, complimentary hire of safety equipment and a commemorative rally certificate to take home upon completion of your experience. It is valid for 10 months. The minimum age is 17 and the maximum height is 68'/ 2m. You will be required to present a full, valid driving license on the day (photocopies will not be accepted). This experience is available week-round. There are two time slots to pick from: between 9.30am 12.30pm or 1.15pm 4pm. All dates are subject to availability. Please allow at least 3 hours at the venue to fully enjoy your experience. You are advised to wear clothing you'd be happy to drive in; safety gear will be provided for you on the day. The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage being caused to the car through their negligence. You may purchase an accidental damage waiver on the day for £15 however it is important to note that drivers are under no obligation to purchase this and this is not mandatory. Spectators are welcome to attend the experience for a fee of £10 and they must sign in at the venue. Spectator drives and passenger rides are available on the day, as well as tea, coffee and soft drinks.
