Start with breakfast and then enter the micro-brewery for a technical talk with the resident head brewer then learn the different stages of beer making before getting properly involved. Try mashing in, boiling, adding hops and yeast and all the extra bits that make up a truly special brew. After the hard work, tuck into a well-deserved pub lunch, accompanied by some of the brewhouse's best beers. Finish with a question and answer session. Then grab a five litre keg of amber nectar to carry home and enjoy.
