ENTRANCE A path leads up to a side entrance and into the ground floor hallway.

BEDROOMS Three in total, all on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, armchair, drawers and doors to the private rear garden. A delightful en suite shower room has beautiful stone tiles, large shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and under-floor heating. A second en suite bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, and doors out to the garden. The luxury en suite wet room has a large walk-in shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and under-floor heating. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and access to the garden. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants require beach towels and tea towels.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the two en suites (above) there is a lovely family bathroom on the ground floor with bath, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and under-floor heating. Also at this level is a UTILITY ROOM with washing machine.

KITCHEN /DINING/SITTING ROOM On the first floor is a delightfully light and sunny, open-plan living space extending out onto the decked roof terrace. The modern kitchen has sleek white gloss units and stone quartz worktops, large island unit incorporating a four ring ceramic hob and electric oven, integrated dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The dining area has a wooden table with six chairs. The spacious sitting area has two double sofas, armchair, wall-mounted TV and DVD player. There are double French doors to the roof terrace as well as bi-folding doors to the magnificent balcony.

OUTSIDE The spacious roof terrace has a rattan casual sofa, dining table and chairs. Glass and stainless steel railings enclose this area with steps leading down to the rear garden (N.B. Young children should be supervised at all times). The tiered garden is fully landscaped and has lovely views.
