SITTING/DINING ROOM This well appointed and spacious open plan living area has a large sofa and two matching arrmchairs. large flatscreen TV (with Freeview) and DVD player. The dining area has a oak table seating four.

KITCHEN A well equipped kitchen has fitted units, electric oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

BEDROOMS Two in total. A delightful en suite double room has a oak framed super-King size bed (6'), matching bedside units and drawers, fitted wardrobe and bucket chair.
