The adjacent dining area has a table, chairs and bench seating for up to eight. A side door leads out to pool and gardens, and offers quick access to the town nearby.

LOUNGE A light and sunny lounge area has stunning views via four bay windows over the gardens and out to the estuary. The room is tastefully furnished with two double sofas, two armchairs, coffee table and sideboard, and incorporates a wall mounted flatscreen television with FreeSat.

BEDROOMS Four in total. The delightful en suite master bedroom has King-size wooden framed bed, matching bedside units, wardrobe and drawers, and a newly refurbished, mostly tiled en suite bathroom comprising bath, shower (over), vanity unit with basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point with light. The second bedroom is a twin room with two wooden-framed beds, bedside unit and wardrobe, whilst the third has bunk beds. The newly created fourth bedroom (off the lounge) is a spacious single bedroom with fitted wardrobe, drawers and access to the garden. N.B. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a stunning, fully tiled shower room with large walk in shower, vanity unit with basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point with light.
