ENTRANCE From the spacious driveway a path leads to an oak-framed canopied porch and then into an attractive hallway with oak flooring. This in turn leads through to the ground floor living accommodation, as well as a very well equipped UTILITY ROOM to one side with fitted cupboards, sleek units, Silestone worktop, Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a ground floor shower room to the other (see details below) with access from outside via a side door.
KITCHEN Also on the ground floor is an elegantly designed and very well equipped, hand crafted kitchen. The beautiful units are topped with Silestone and extend to create a breakfast bar with four stools. The kitchen is equipped with mostly Siemens appliances including a five-ring induction hob, integrated electric ovens, warming drawer, dishwasher, and full height fridge and an under-counter freezer.
SITTING/DINING ROOM This stunning, light and bright open-plan living space is presented to the highest standards with beautiful wooden flooring throughout. A further flight of oak and glass stairs lead to two further bedrooms at second floor level, one furnished with a King size wooden framed bed and the other with two single wooden beds. Both have bedside tables and a separate dressing area with built-in chest of drawers. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels excluding beach towels are supplied.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the three en suite bathrooms (above) there is a further shower room on the ground floor (adjacent to the utility room) with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c, and a second floor family bathroom (on the top floor) featuring a large walk-in shower with ceiling-mounted rain head and hand-held showers, vanity unit with basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
